Encompass Health in Missouri is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Spanish Lake. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech and language challenges, and develop individualized therapy plans.

Formación

• Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
• SLP CCC (Certification of Clinical Competence) required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy accordingly.
• Track and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and support functional communication goals.
