Job summary

Encompass Health in Missouri is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team near St. Louis.

You will evaluate, design, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maximize recovery. You'll work in a supportive, compassionate environment with access to modern therapy tools, ongoing professional growth, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLPCertification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

Education
