Job summary

Encompass Health in Missouri is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide therapy and support to patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs in a leading inpatient network.

You will evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track progress and document responses; celebrate patient victories as part of a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.
• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required or preferred.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
