Encompass Health in Missouri is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language treatment plans for patients with communication challenges, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful progress.

The role requires current licensure, CCC, CPR, and a Master's degree preferred (or Bachelor's with related experience).

Formación

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology CCC certification.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language treatment plans for patients.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment when necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
