Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (state-regulated).
• CCC certification required or preferred for eligibility.
• CPR/BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's with field experience for the role.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed to achieve communication goals.
• Track, document, and report patient progress and responses to therapy.
• Celebrate patient victories and support meaningful communication improvements.
