Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, design, and implement speech and language therapy plans for patients. You will assess patient needs, tailor treatment strategies, and document progress as part of a patient-centered team.

The role requires state licensure, CCC certification, and CPR/BLS, with a master's degree preferred or a bachelor's with relevant field experience.

Competenze

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required.
• CPR (BLS) certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
