Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville in Ambler, PA, is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, design, and implement individualized therapy plans to help patients overcome speech and language challenges. You will work as part of a compassionate team at a nationwide rehabilitation leader.

The role requires active state licensure, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and a master’s degree preferred (or bachelor’s with field experience).

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
