Job summary

Encompass Health in Danbury, CT is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress using our advanced therapy tools.

Qualified candidates hold state licensure, CCC certification, CPR within 30 days of hire, and preferably a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. This full-time role offers growth in a nationwide rehab system.

Qualifications

• Must hold current licensure or certification as required by the state.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required or active
• CPR certification required now or within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with relevant field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed to improve communication.
• Track and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress along the journey.
