• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

• Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans for speech and language needs.
• Assess and modify therapy approaches as needed.
• Track progress and document patient response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient improvements and outcomes.
