Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide patient-centered language and communication therapy within our rehab network. You will assess, design and administer customized treatment plans and adjust interventions as patients progress.

The role emphasizes documentation, progress tracking, and celebrating patient gains in a supportive team environment across our nationwide inpatient rehabilitation system.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Speech Therapy as required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) is required.
• CPR/BLS certification in place or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed.
• Track, document patient performance and progress.
• Celebrate patient victories and outcomes throughout treatment.
