Encompass Health in Minnesota is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, delivering individualized therapy to patients in inpatient rehab.

You will develop and monitor treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to quality care and outcomes. We value compassion, ongoing education, and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
