Encompass Health in Minnesota is seeking a Speech Pathologist to support patients with speech and language rehabilitation. You will assess, plan, implement and document personalized therapy programs to improve communication skills and quality of life.

Qualifications

• State licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification required for practice.
• CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy approaches as needed.
• Track and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and support ongoing communication goals.

Education

Master's degree preferred (or Bachelor's with field experience)

State licensure/certification required

CCC Certification

CPR certification (within 30 days of hire)
