Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, a partner of Washington Regional, seeks a Speech Pathologist to diagnose, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans for patients facing speech and language challenges.

As part of a nationwide inpatient rehabilitation leader, you will work with a supportive team, engage in ongoing professional growth, and contribute to meaningful patient outcomes in a leading care system.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Bachelor's degree with field experience
