Requirements include state SLP licensure, CCC certification, CPR within 30 days, and a Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with field experience).

Qualifications

• State licensure as an SLP is required in Maryland.
• CCC certification is required or expected.
• CPR certification in hand within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s with field experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed to improve communication.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and support functional communication goals.
