Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs, developing individualized plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive setting at our facilities nationwide.

The role requires proper licensure, CCC credential, CPR certification (or within 30 days of hire), and a master’s degree (or bachelor’s with field experience).

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC (CCC-SLP).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress along the way.

Education

Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
