Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC (ASHA) credential.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer individualized speech and language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Celebrate patient progress and milestones throughout treatment.
