Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our inpatient team and help patients overcome speech and communication challenges. You will evaluate, plan, and administer personalized treatment plans in a collaborative environment with access to advanced technology.

We support ongoing professional growth and require state licensure, CCC certification, and CPR within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
