Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our clinical team and help patients regain communication abilities in an inpatient setting. You will evaluate, plan, and administer personalized therapy, tracking progress and adjusting treatment as needed.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education

Master's degree preferred

Bachelor’s degree with field experience
