Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our pediatric team. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, and swallowing disorders in children with ASD, ages 2-6, and design comprehensive treatment plans.

Work with an interdisciplinary team of behavior analysts, OTs, and psychologists, engage families, monitor progress, and document outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• License to practice speech pathology in CO or AZ.
• Preference for 3+ years of experience, but open to new graduates.
• Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children with ASD.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans to improve communication skills in children aged 2-6.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including behavior analysts, OTs, and psychologists.
• Engage families with education, resources, and support to enhance communication development.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
