Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Fort Collins is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. You will design naturalistic therapy for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting and collaborate with ABA, speech, and psychology teams.

You will mentor Registered Behavior Technicians, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and sustain strong partnerships with families, delivering family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy with a focus on pediatrics or equivalent.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience working with children with autism.
• Strong understanding of early intervention and integrated care approaches.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute naturalistic occupational therapy for young children aged 2–6 years in a center-based setting.
• Develop targeted interventions to enhance gross motor, fine motor, feeding, and daily living skills.
• Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and formulate treatment plans with ABA, speech, psychology; include co-treatments with speech therapy.
