Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a dedicated team focused on early intervention for children with ASD in Denver, CO. You will assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, and design targeted plans for 2–6 year olds.

Work with an interdisciplinary team and involve families throughout therapy. Our program emphasizes evidence-based practices and ongoing progress documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• License to practice speech pathology in the state of your chosen center (i.e., Arizona or Colorado)
• Preference to SLPs with 3+ years of experience, but also open to new SLPs starting their career.
• Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children with ASD.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans to improve communication skills of children aged 2-6.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including behavior analysts, OTs, and psychologists.
• Engage families in the therapeutic process with education, resources, and support.
• Continuously monitor and document progress and adjust interventions as needed.
