Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Middletown is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs in a caring, team-oriented environment.

You will develop personalized treatment plans, document progress, and adjust therapy to optimize outcomes while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a nationwide rehabilitation network.

Qualifications

• CCC Certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience in speech-language pathology.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer individualized treatment plans for speech and language disorders.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Track and document patient progress and responses to therapy.
