Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language challenges in a home-health setting. You will develop personalized treatment plans, adapt therapy approaches as needed, and document progress to support recovery and patient engagement.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CCC certification as a key credential for speech-language pathology.
• CPR certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a relevant field; or a bachelor’s with substantial applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients with speech and language challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to promote recovery.
