Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide essential therapy and support to patients overcoming speech and communication challenges. You will evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans, modify approaches as needed, and track progress in collaboration with a caring team.

Ideal candidates hold state licensure or CCC, CPR certification (or within 30 days), and a Master’s degree (Bachelor’s with relevant experience considered).

Qualifications

• Must hold state licensure or certification as applicable.
• CCC certification (Clinical Competence) required or in process to obtain.
• CPR certification or within 30 days of hire.
