Job summary

Encompass Health in Midland, Texas is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to provide therapy and support for patients in our rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at overcoming speech and communication challenges.

In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while using cutting-edge technology to track and document patient progress. Ideal candidates will have the necessary licensure and a Master’s degree or relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Clinical Competence (CCC) is essential.
• CPR certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
