Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide speech and language therapy in a community setting in Ohio. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and adjust approaches as needed.

Document outcomes, track progress, and collaborate with families and care teams to support patient communication goals and quality of life. The role requires licensure and CCC, with a Master’s degree preferred and CPR either already held or obtainable within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification in speech-language pathology.
• CCC in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CPR certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable.
