Sevierville Heath and Rehab is hiring a Speech Therapist (SLP) to plan, organize, develop and direct Speech Language Pathology services in accordance with standards and regulations. A $5000 sign-on bonus is offered for FT. Status: FT or PRN opportunities available.

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology, CCC, and active SLP license required. Competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities are provided in a compassionate team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency.
• Active SLP license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• To provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate, in accordance with established standards of practice, therapy department procedures and productivity standards.
• To evaluate and obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation.
• To develop a treatment plan that includes a target list, short-term, and long-term goals.
• Instructs patient, family, and staff in appropriate speech-language procedures to allow carry over of therapeutic remediation and goals in daily activities.
• To complete compliant and medically necessary documentation from CMS expectations in NetHealth EMR systems.
• Oversight and implementation of proper protocols for FEES/MBS with coordination of site programs.
• Participants in screening protocols for establishing needs of residents are being met timely and with clinical excellence.

Plus, we're offering a $5000 Sign-On Bonus for FT.
