Job summary

West Bend Care in Wisconsin is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to screen, evaluate, and treat patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, and to develop care plans. The role delivers rehabilitative treatment, evaluates outcomes, and provides counseling to patients, families, and care teams, while generating discharge summaries.
