Responsibilities

• Complete 36 weeks Clinical Fellowship under supervision.
• Meet licensure requirements and CMS supervision standards during fellowship.
• Communicate fellowship/licensure status to supervisor and rehab director.
• Contribute to patient care, conferences, and care planning.
• Assess and treat cognitive-communication, speech and swallowing disorders.
• Document progress and update plans of care accordingly.
• Coordinate adaptive communication devices and patient instruction.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a safe environment.
