We specialize in delivering personalized therapy within the comfort of our clients' homes.

We are seeking part-time Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for our Provider Network. This is a 100% remote role requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week.

You will conduct treatment sessions with our pediatric clients, providing skilled speech therapy tailored to their needs, including interventions for receptive and expressive language disorders, fluency, voice, and apraxia of speech.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing remote speech-language therapy services
• Implementing individualized care plans via teletherapy
• Managing a caseload of pediatric clients
• Maintaining accurate daily documentation
• Collaborating with families and professionals to support client progress

Compensation:

W2 | $30.00 - $46.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and bilingualism

Minimum Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited SLPA program approved by ASHA
• Active SLPA License in California
• At least 1 year of SLPA experience
• Experience with language, articulation, pragmatics, and parent coaching
• Experience in clinic, private practice, home health, outpatient, or teletherapy settings
• Proficiency in writing SOAP notes
• Technical ability to conduct teletherapy on our platform
• Comfort working with children aged 18 months and older

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with fluency, behavioral modifications, adult clients, and AAC
• Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
