Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) seeks a School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to support evaluation, treatment, and progress monitoring for students with communication disorders.

You will work under a licensed SLP to implement therapy plans, maintain records, and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative school environment. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field with SLPA training preferred.
• Experience with children in educational or therapeutic settings is desirable.
• CPR/BLS may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervising SLP by delivering direct speech and language therapy to students.
• Maintain accurate therapy records and progress notes per policy.
• Collaborate with teachers and providers to support goals and communicate with families.
• Organize therapy materials and coordinate scheduling with confidentiality compliance.
