Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, is seeking a School Speech Language Pathologist to support evaluation, treatment, and progress monitoring for students with communication disorders.

You will work under a licensed SLP, implementing evidence-based therapy, documenting progress, and collaborating with teachers and families to promote effective communication in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
• Completion of an approved SLPA training program is preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervising SLP in delivering direct speech and language therapy to students (individual and small groups).
• Maintain accurate therapy records and progress notes per policy.
• Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to support communication goals.
• Assist in organizing therapy materials and scheduling, while protecting student confidentiality.
