Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and CFYs for a variety of high-impact roles across Maryland. Positions include in-person service delivery, IEP management, and collaboration with teachers and families to support student milestones.

Roles are available in multiple counties with competitive hourly pay, travel stipends, and rapid benefits. Weekly pay and licensing/CEU reimbursements are included to support your practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Maryland SLP license.
• ASHA CCC or CFY status preferred.
• Experience with MD state billing/IEP platforms is a plus.

Cross Country Education is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) for a variety of high-impact roles throughout Maryland! We have immediate and spring placements available to match your expertise.

Where We Need You:

• Howard County (Ellicott City/Dayton/Laurel): A series of maternity leaves starting mid-February through May. Mix of Elementary and Middle School.
• Harford County (Aberdeen): A specialized Middle School role starting in March. Includes SLPA supervision—perfect for a veteran SLP!
• Eastern Shore (Easton): An immediate Elementary opening running through the end of the school year.
• Southern MD (La Plata): Immediate Elementary openings with a fluid, collaborative caseload.

Position Overview

• Deliver speech and language services primarily in-person (pull-out and integrated settings).
