Responsibilities include screenings, assessments, therapy, and documentation for ages 3–21, collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to meet IEP goals.

Compensation is $52.70–$53.80/hr with weekly pay, benefits, and a stable full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SLP or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Maryland SLP license or CF eligibility to begin.
• School-based evaluations, IEPs, and multidisciplinary collaboration preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Position Overview

• Conduct speech-language screenings, assessments, therapy, and documentation for students ages 3–21 in accordance with IEPs.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized student goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and district requirements.
• Provide services across assigned school sites, supporting students in a variety of educational settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility to begin a Clinical Fellowship in Maryland
• School-based experience with evaluations, IEPs, and multidisciplinary collaboration preferred
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and ability to complete required background screening
