Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our educational team in Yorktown, VA. This full-time, school-year role begins August 2026 and focuses on evaluating and treating students to support academic success and communication skills.

You will collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators, develop IEP goals, and provide direct and indirect therapy. A VA license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain) are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid VA State SLP license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain).
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support AAC implementation and other communication strategies when appropriate
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed

Hours: Monday-Friday, FT (37.5 hours/week)

About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Sumner. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students develop communication skills that support academic success, social development, and independence.

Responsibilities
