Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in Sumner, VA, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our educational team for the 2026-2027 school year. The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with start in August 2026, focusing on evaluations, IEP goals, and therapy services to support students' communication, academic success, and social development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Support AAC implementation and other communication strategies as needed.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.

• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid VA State SLP license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
