Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive SL P services at Waterford Crossing in Goshen, IN. The role includes assessment, treatment planning, and therapy within an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Masters in Speech-Language Pathology with 0–1 years of experience, current state SLP licensure, and CCC-SLP preferred or required. Benefits include weekly pay, health and dental coverage, and a strong 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensure: current, valid state SLP licensure; CCC-SLP preferred or required; CPR certification preferred.
• Experience: 01 years.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders through assessments and interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities, including articulation, language, voice, and fluency.
• Educate patients and families about disorders, therapy techniques, and strategies to support progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
