The role includes assessment, treatment planning and therapy to address speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. Education: Master’s Degree.

Experience: 0-1 years. Indiana licensure required; CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required. Travel up to 10% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state SLP licensure required in Indiana.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Travel as needed (typically less than 10%).

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develops and implements therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provides therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
• Educates patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintains accurate documentation in accordance with policies.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.
