Job summary

Synchrony, located at Blair Ridge Health Campus in Peru, IN, seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive assessment and therapy in an interdisciplinary setting. You will evaluate disorders, plan and deliver targeted interventions, and educate patients and families to support communication and swallowing.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology, current state SLP licensure, and CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a current state SLP license.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required.
• CPR certification current, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.
