Speech-Language Pathologist – Travel Contract – Full Time

We are seeking SLPs who are flexible to travel to our affiliates across 17 states: Alaska, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Kansas, Alabama, Texas, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Duties:

• Screen and evaluate patients in short-term, long-term rehab, and outpatient settings
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices for clinical interventions
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments
• Administer interventions based on individual patient needs
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly, documenting per regulatory standards
• Consult and counsel patients, families, caregivers, and service providers regarding physical disorders
• Communicate effectively with the OneClinical Team about patient progress and challenges
• Provide comprehensive discharge summaries as required
