Speech-Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Overview

We are seeking SLPs who are flexible to work across our affiliates in 17 states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Washington, California, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Oregon, Texas, Wisconsin, South Carolina, and Tennessee. This is a unique traveling therapy position within our skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients in short-term, long-term, and outpatient rehab settings
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices
• Provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments
• Adjust treatments based on patient progress and documentation requirements
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
• Coordinate with the clinical team regarding patient progress
• Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries
