Duties:

• Screen/evaluate patients in short-term, long-term rehab, and outpatient settings
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments
• Administer various interventions based on individual patient needs
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly, documenting per regulations
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and service providers
• Communicate effectively with the OneClinical Team regarding patient progress and barriers
• Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries in line with regulatory and clinical standards

Qualifications:

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels.
