Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current and active SLP licensure in the state.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans and deliver therapy.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for holistic care.
• Maintain documentation of assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in the EHR.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
