Qualifications
Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility.
Must be able to conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients.
Responsibilities
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans.
Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards.
