Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare Tampa Office is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide home health services in Polk County, FL (Davenport, Poinciana, Kissimmee areas). The role is PRN/Per Diem, offering flexibility and autonomy in a team-driven setting.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Speech Language Pathology with an active Florida SLP license, a valid FL driver’s license, and at least 1 year of SLP experience; Home Health experience is preferred.

• 1+ year of SLP experience; Home Health experience preferred.

What You Bring:
