Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare, a Humana company, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our home health team in Clermont, FL and surrounding areas. This PRN/per diem position offers clinical autonomy and a supportive, team-driven culture that values your input and expertise.

You will provide speech-language therapy to patients in their homes, set functional goals, educate families, and help clients maximize communication and independence.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Active Florida SLP license.
• 1+ year of SLP experience; home health preferred.
• Strong initiative and independent judgement.

What You Bring:

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active SLP license in Florida
• Valid Florida drivers license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
• 1+ years of experience as an SLP required, Home Health experience preferred
• Strong initiative and independent judgement
