Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare, a Humana company, is hiring a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist, SLP to join our home health team. We offer PRN/Per Diem roles with a pay range per visit and a supportive, patient-centered culture.

The SLP will provide in-home therapy, educate families, and set functional goals to improve communication and independence for patients in Marion County, FL.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• _Active Florida SLP license_
• _Florida driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR_
• 1+ years of SLP experience; home health preferred.
• Strong initiative and independent judgement.

What You Bring:
