Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare, a Humana company, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for home health in Polk County, FL (Davenport, Poinciana, Kissimmee). This PRN/per diem role offers clinical autonomy, a collaborative environment, and opportunities for growth within a respected company.
