Job summary

Soliant is seeking a compassionate, collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist to join our educational team in Tarboro, NC. This full-time, school-year position focuses on helping students develop communication skills to support academic success, social development, and independence.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • Valid NC State SLP license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain) are required.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP is preferred.
  • School-based experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
  • Support AAC implementation and other communication strategies when appropriate.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Location: Tarboro NC


Position Type: Full-Time | School Year Position


Hours: Monday–Friday, FT (35 hours/week)


Start Date: August 2026


About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Sumner. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students develop communication skills that support academic success, social development, and independence.


Responsibilities


  • Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students
