General Description:
The Speech-Language Pathologist supports students in sub-separate programs, evaluating and treating speech, language, and communication needs while embedding communication strategies across the school day. This role centers on AAC device implementation, coaching program staff, and ensuring that communication accommodations and strategies are followed with fidelity. The SLP partners closely with teachers to modify curriculum, plan and design intervention, and build robust communication systems into daily routines so students can access learning and participate meaningfully.
